The MSNBC once took a closer look at Human Growth Hormone (HGH) with a roundup of research on the substance. They found that HGH is somehow more effective in enhancing lean body mass and cutting down body fat. This was especially significant in men. The best bet is to stick to the right diet and physical exercise that has anti-aging effects.

Is MSNBC’s suggestion true or false? Almost 100% true. However, it does not mean that this is applicable to everyone. This is because people must have the discipline to abide to the lifestyle of weightlifters and musclemen.

If you have strong will to reverse or slow down the aging, follow the following advices stringently.
